Geoff's Emergency Kit

One of the members of Crohn's Zone has a fab idea for an 'emergency' cleaning up kit to avoid embarrassment whilst out. This compact little kit can be kept discretely in your coat pocket or handbag, and is useful if you're caught short whilst out. It was wrapped in a plastic bag, flattened by standing on a piece of wood which squeezed the air out and made each little package very compact.

Pair of underwear

Baby wipes (individually wrapped in a plastic bag)

You may also like to include the following:

Toilet cleaning wipes (individually wrapped in a plastic bag)

Small air freshener

Some loo roll

(Ladies) spare tights
